If I said that at first I thought he shouted "why?" As in, he wanted illegal immigrants to be covered.
Impressive how cool Obama was about it. I'm sure he was pissed, but he looked classy by not having a breakdown and whinefest as the Reps would've had it been Boosh making a speech.
