I was watching c-span and they showed the whole Chamber full of people and I saw the many above colors mixed among the black suited majority.

and it gave me pleasure to see the progress toward equality for women in the Chamber. it used to be that the whole Chamber would be an ocean of black suits. this was the first time in my long life that I looked upon the full Chamber with pleasure.

later the camera panned to a patch of black suits. sour, constipated, negative black suits sitting not clapping. did these sour face, constipated, negative men stand when the president entered the Chamber? anybody see?

and did the blue dogs sit in their puddle of lobby money holding hands? anybody know?

a night to remember.

7. I was thinking how the heck could a white, blue-eyed guy from Ohio be darker than the POTUS!
:wow:

Hey Boehner, you aren't going on "Dancing With The Stars". That's Tom Delay doing that. So, no need for so much bronzer.

5. Yes. I remember how Hillary always stood out among the Democratic
Presidential candidates when they were all together. All those suits and one brightly dressed person - I think she might have done that on purpose! She never wore a blue or black suit - it's was always bright yellow or red or bright blue or the like.
