It says on DailyKos that people were polled mainly BEFORE the speech. So perhaps it was the speech to students that gave him that big boost.

Since they have also had decline they can not just be dismissed as Bised toards Obama.
I suspect Gallup Friday or Saturday to have a bump for Obama.
Believe me If CNN give him a bump others will as well.
The bleeding In approval from Obama Voters will mostly stop now.
