GOP leadership in all its contradiction? (or a sign that they know people want reform)
This morning, Cantor was on GMA, talking after Biden. After being unable to give ONE compromise he is ready to offer on the healthcare reform (no surprise there), he said:

And the fact is, there are probably close to 90 percent of the citizens in this country that do have insurance. Most of the people that have insurance like the insurance they have. But we’ve got to do something about the costs. There is no question that the current system is unacceptable. We cannot sustain the current system. So we’ve got to work together to find some ways to bring down those costs.

So, most people like a system that is unacceptable? But we need to change it?

Even by Republican standards, it is even weirder than usual. Or is it a sign that this healthcare reform that everybody in the media tells us is unpopular could be more popular than they say?
