IMO, Within 4 election cycles, corporations will be allowed to be elected to Congress if |
|
the Supreme Court nullifies limits on contributions. It will take a cycle or two to get the cost of an election for Congress so high corporations will demand to cut the middle person out. ie the Congress person.
They will demand to run for Congress under their corporate name. We could have FOX vs Depends on the GOP primary ballot.

2. I think someone should run their corporation |
|
That would be about the only thing that would make it clear that a corporation is not a person - or make it clear where the real problem is.

3. All but a few are already spokesperson for corporations anyhow. And, we |
|
still have the (rarely used) power to throw the bums out. We don't, because of party allegiance and apathy.

itself will teach them a lesson for it too. Extreem Corpoorate power kills and not just the less well off. The only logical way forward is a progressive one. Their rulings from that point forward would be pretty meaningless as they'd of sold the ground beneath them. Corporations do not have personhood, as a singular person does not have corporatehood. Totally right that big business may as well take over as it would take away the facade. Let's elect Cola to congress it's the rreal thing, apparently.
