10. I got confused because Rahm is there, but I checked the
White House website and Chief of Staff has been granted Cabinet level ranking...Gibbs isn't listed as a Cabinet member, even though he has a Secretary title.

24. I think that he doesn't want them to go up his ankles..
when he sits down(Floods)as I have seen in previous pictures of Obama but, I sew a little too and I think that they could be taken up a bit. Otherwise,he looks good.

That's Arne Duncan - Sec. of Education. Maybe he's trying to emulate the baggy jeans that were fashionable among teens a while back?

I noticed them too. At least their jackets seem to fit.

ETA: at least no one's wearing cowboy boots!
