When I was a kid, I got in trouble for heckling another kid
while he was reading a report. And looking back, the teacher and principal were correct in doing so. So if a kid gets punished for heckling another while the individual was reading a report, shouldn't an adult, who presumably knows better, also be punished? The House of Representatives is supposed to set an example for all of us. Wilson set an example all right: a bad one. Censure him.

1. When I was in 1st Grade I got in big trouble for snickering briefly at
one of my classmates' choice of a poem to recite before the class.

2. Censure him. If the GOP thinks we shouldn't waste time on it, then they shouldn't

argue about it on the House floor. Just let it happen.

Wilson offended the House and the President. He has apologized for one, not the other. He's only half done.
