3. Something else, indeed. A give-away to the insurance corps at the expense of the middle class.
Anything positive will be triggered after 2020.

5. at this point, i really have NO clue. i feel like
i've been punched in the stomach, then skyrocketed back up into the sky, and then punched in the stomach again, and then felt like i was falling, and then my chute suddenly opened, and then i watched some asshole named Baucus start cutting the strings, and then....
