are at the bottom - with Mississippi - about women health care, teen pregnancy, low weight and pre mature birth. Chances are, these are women of color who "of course" don't count. Or, as my spouse suggested is "as it should be."
As far as they are concerned, the only women health that matters is that of white, subservient women who stay at home and do what their husbands tell them to do.

It's not an issue when they convince themselves it's a group they don't care about.
Then there's the contingent of poor white people who vote against their own interests and keep slinging these sacks of shit back to Congress.

these women have to a diversity of opinion to realize that, hey, they do not have to accept their conditions.
I remember even in the 2004 election year, some posted here that for many in rural areas, their main source of information is the local pastor.
