5. No, he would move to another country. |
|
He has the means to do so.
All Rush cares about is attention and money. He could care less about this country. He's proven that over and over again.

He's never been one...
His loyalty has always been to the money.
Period.

To his money.
He doesn't give a shit about anyone else's. Unless he can use it as toilet paper just to save him having to buy some.

9. I didn't even feel that way about Chimp |
|
sure I hated him but I hoped that even though he was a stupid dolt who stole his way into the Presidency that he would do something good for the country. WHY do they hate America ... cause seriously I see no other explanation, it's very sad. :-(

11. Absolutely! I woke up every day saying, "Please let him do something CORRECT today!" |

I WANTED Shrubbie to succeed. I didn't want his policies to succeed, but I wanted HIM to actually do something RIGHT and SUCCESSFUL once in a fucking while, which is to say, I wished every day that Shrubbie would change and either intentionally (finally) do something correctly, or at least do something accidentally correctly.
Look, Rush, you hatefilled gasbag, the country is the way it is right now because we had a president who failed constantly for 8 years.
Do you really want more of that?

12. I've wanted his policies to fail from the get-go. |
|
I always want center-right and right-wing policies to fail.
I'd love to see him succeed, if "succeeding" meant "moving the nation left of center and away from corporate and religious rule."
I can want, and work for, his policies to fail. For example, I don't want further war in afghanistan, I don't want to reach across the aisle and give republicans, corporations, and corporatists a voice in the health care debate or influence on whatever bill passes, and I oppose the Obama/Duncan education privatization juggernaut with every atom of my being.
Unlike Rush, and all media-addicted Americans, both republican and democrat, out in the world or here at DU, I can oppose someone without hate mongering, without hyperbole, without personal attacks, without slander, without libel.
