'Going Rogue'... 'You Betcha'

Palin finishes memoir, 'Going Rogue,' out Nov. 17
By HILLEL ITALIE (AP) – 57 minutes ago

NEW YORK — Sarah Palin (PAY'-lin) has finished her memoir just four months after the book deal was announced. Her publisher says the release date has been moved up from the spring to Nov. 17.

Harper publisher Jonathan Burnham says the former Alaska governor invested herself deeply and passionately in the project. He says the book contains fascinating detail.

The 400-page book is the first for Palin, who has been an object of fascination since Republican Sen. John McCain chose her as his running mate during his 2008 presidential bid. The book will be called "Going Rogue: An American Life."

A huge first printing of 1.5 million copies has been commissioned by Harper, an imprint of HarperCollins.

It was from McCain staff members talking shit about her because she couldn't/wouldn't stay on message.

Good job, Sarah.

10. 400 pages and this isn't the Onion?
I can see her talking 400 pages worth in such a short amount of time, but the ghost writer making sense of it? Either they are a miracle worker or this is disposable RW remainder give-away crap.
Pity the trees that die for this.

How could this individual come up w/400 pages?

Quite the tome for someone who really hasn't a whole lot of experience in work or life. Either there are a LOT of pictures, or the font is in 30 pt.

Actually, I can sum up her life pretty easily:

Went to school: average

Won a Beauty Pageant: meh

Wound up LT Gov of AK: no big deal

Elevated to Gov of AK: Getting there

Ran for VP: Lost

Quit as Gov of AK: loser

Made big bucks on speaking tour and getting a "memoir" published

That's it, pfft. What can she offer about "insider" info on McCain...he drank baby blood to stay alive and shunned the sunlight so he wouldn't crumble into dust...
