* Rick Scott, the controversial former hospitals exec who’s been waging an expensive campaign against the public option through Conservatives for Patients Rights, steps out from behind the curtain with a new video in which he personally gloats about the defeat of the public option amendments today, calling it a “great day.” CPR sends me the vid:
