Have I woke up in LA LA land... The right and media are attacking
the President over winning the Nobel Peace Prize.

They can't take 5 minutes, and be proud of an American President winning the award.

Lord have mercy.

What have we become?

16. Like I remind my Republican friends...
..when they ask, 'Why do you hate America?,' (everytime they start to lose a debate.)

The republicans only believe in two things:

1. The Republican Party
2. Money worship

17. You actually have republican friends??
OK... perhaps that's a bit harsh. They really are deeply ignorant and mislead. They have no real concept of what "America" actually is.

2. Well see, it's all a conspiracy, see? Yeah, see...
Fox News is in on it. They're PRETENDING to be against Obama so that support for him will actually increase out of sympathy, therefore accomplishing....something.

10. I'm right there with you.
Going on DU, it feels more and more like Obama deserved the Nobel Prize just for dealing DUers. No prize could possibly exist for what he goes through with the right wing.

13. Thank goodness there's a "rest of the world" who can speak positively
of President Obama's award. They are being positive, aren't they?

diminished Obama in the world. It slaps it down

15. After cheering that America lost the 2016 Olympics... what did you expect?
I can honestly say that if Bush had personally pled to the IOC for, say, the 2012 Summer Games for Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston to host and gotten them, I would have been happy for my country and happy that Bush pulled it off.

18. Yeah, it's insane. Like attacking the Prez for trying to get the Olympics to come here! Oh, wait.
They DID attack him for that, TOO!

It's insane, I tell ya.

It's not worth involving them in discussions or even considering them any longer. They've made it clear. They are out to get him, even if it means he gets assassinated. They want him gone (preferably in a legal way, but they'll take any way).

That matters more to them than the country, the citizens, even taxes!
