Schieffer though downplaying Kerry's achievement tonight. Saying it will, at best, keep him in the race, not put him in the lead.

How in the hell does Schieffer know? Because "who is in the lead" is already a foregone conclusion maybe?
Either this election gets fixed or Kerry goes 300+EVs. No one watching this debate tonight not ideoligcally blind can think Bush is worthy of the office he now holes. Turn him out to pasture. He's done.
