Bush* actually did worse than I thought he would....
and my expectations were quite low to begin with. Bush* didn't even have his usually "cowboy" attitude. He just looked like a wimp.

3. He sounded confused, angry, defensive, ill-prepared ...
A politically apathetic neighbor just stopped by on her way out and said 'Did you watch the debate ? Wow, Kerry kicked Bush's ASS!'

Need I say more ?

:hippie:

4. And I thought they prepped * for this debate. Could've fooled me!!
* missed nearly every opening to get back into the debate, and just kept repeating himself.

5. He was baaaaad..
W's either medicated, drunk, or in the midst of dementia. And his excrusiatingly long gaps in the middle of his answers were very, very unsettling..

7. Actually I thought that Bush did better than I expected him to.
True he looked annoyed at what Kerry was saying, and occasionally he paused while trying to express himself, but Bush made no glaring errors. I do believe that Kerry won the debate, but Bush did better than I expected him to. He didn't sound as stupid as I thought he might, which is saying a lot for him.

9. I have to admit that I was impressed at all
the sentences that he was able to string together. Seriously. Of course, Karl had him memorize a bunch of stuff that he was able to recycle but still, he sounded better than I thought he would.

Kerry, on the other hand, was awesome! Did he look presidential or what?

10. He's full of himself...
and extremely self-involved. It was amusing on one hand and scary on the other. This guy is a world leader. When I think of the wisdome and eloquence of some of the other world leaders, it makes me want to cry. Hell, Bush makes Castro look like a sage and a poet.

12. I had no idea it would be this bad...
I thought they would tie. But Bush showed how ignorant he was and totaly ran out of answers halfway through the debate. I'm shocked that when all you have is talking points and spin that eventually your going to look like a dumbass on TV. I can't believe the blow monkey came off as bad as he did!!! Just Shocked!!!

13. I thought so too....But I was expecting a few "Bushisms".
The classic sort like "food on the family" ...or "they never stop thinking of ways to hurt us".

He probably wasn't authorized to do any freestyle tonight.
