I'm feeling like Andy Dufresne, after crawling on his hands and knees 1500 yards through a sewer pipe with human waste up to his chest, finally emerging in the pouring rain of a thunderstorm, being washed clean, and free after a long, painful struggle.

If you saw The Shawshank Redemption, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Well, it's not over yet. There's still another month left in this thing. I hope this is a small hint of what is coming, not the cruel tease-and-withdraw trick of the arrogant gods.

...was Andy's revenge on Hadley & Norton. Would be nice if Kerry & the Democrats had something on Bush that they could release about now to put the Smirking Chimp Bastard and the Heartless Wonder back on their heels for a change.

I'd like nothing better than seeing the BFEE and the neocons get their come-uppance following John Kerry's election, but I recall the scene where state troopers are beating down the door to the wicked warden's office. I don't want * - or anyone else - to escape justice by offing themselves. I want them to live out the rest of their sorry-assed lives in federal prisons!
