look of a pResident under attack."

From the NYTimes article...

2. He sees on the TV screens how hard it is...
"Mr. Bush, who seemed to grow tired as the night wore on, repeatedly used the phrase "hard work" to describe the war in Iraq. Mr. Kerry repeatedly referred to his first-hand experience sending men into battle in Vietnam, and that seemed to unnerve Mr. Bush. The president said he understood that fighting was hard work and added, "I see on the TV screens how hard it is."

And that was perhaps the most pathetic line of the night by *Bush league man. My whole family laughed their asses of at that one!

9. I noticed that!
But it inadvertantly had the effect of making Bush look like he had a large swollen face filling up his side of the screen. They didn't do him any favors.

11. Look at the microphone heights

It's one of those subliminals that people noticed. So despite all the tricks of camera angles and podium placement, they still couldn't make W look tall.

4. Pretty devestating article, IMO.

Wow. And that in light of Kerry's numerous comments on his wartime experience.

7. TV
TV has favored and pampered w just as he has been all of his silver spoon life.

If TV showed what Iraq and Afghanistan really looked like. perhaps the American public would have been demanding an end to the slaughter.

This Pres, the most incompetent baffoon in US Pres. history, is a disgrace to what America claims it stands for.

John Kerry will be America's next Pres. because he is qualified.
