The Dems must convert this victory to mean "Kerry tougher on terror"
Winning the debate is not enough, getting supporters to answer online polls and send in emails is not enough. The Kerry campaign and its supporters MUST spin this debate victory as proof the Kerry is better able to handle the war on terror.

The Gallup poll showed that while Kerry handily won the debate, most people still think Bush is better able to handle the war on terror. Well, this debate victory provides the best opportunity to get people to rethink that position.

I think every letter to the editor (and I'll do my chair) should talk about how Kerry made me think we can win the war on terror and return to life as we knew it. I hope the Dems and their 527s run ads about Kerry being better than Bush on terror.

Remember, the goal of winning the debate is to win the argument: Who can do a better job keepin America safe. We won the debate, now that victory has to be spun in away that makes Americans trust in Kerry.
