Sorry, folks. Bush won.
Bush just managed to convince every tongue-tied, dyslexic, ignorant, cognitively impaired redneck boob in America that he is exactly like them. And that is enough to guarantee him a landslide majority.

8. I want to know what the rednecks think about Bush trusting the Chinese
Bush wants to just trust the Chinese to get rid of N. Korea's nukes. Kerry thinks we need to step up and do the job.

Bush...trusting the commies in Bejing to get rid of another commies nukes that are pointed at us.

9. Why Bush won.
He didn't lose. JFK didn't land a knockout blow. He was very, very good, much more articulate, but he failed to put * away. And playing defense. He has less that he has to do.

Still, a good start for John Kerry.

10. Flipping channels... woman said "He's like the guy who sits next to me..."
"...at work. He talks like my next door neighbor. He reminds me of my uncle."

Great. No follow up question. But if there were:

"None of them are qualified to be President of the United States, are they?"

GO JOHN KERRY!

You have the biggest dolt to hold that office since Ford debating our capable candidate and you want to convince someone that Bush won something there? Even if I drunk myself stupid Bush would still come across as a retarded chimp. Sad that folks will go out of their way to give Bush credit because some ignorant loser might still vote for him because they share a common idiocy. This is a campaign that will reach more than the same dirt dumb miscreants and bigots who put him in office in the first place. When will folks who cater their responses to that mindless bunch accept that there are some of us out here who actually think in complete sentences and find Bush dangerously incoherent, even for an ignorant boob?

This is less of a joke than an insult to ignorant redneck boobs, who deserve more credit.

22. Well....
After the debate, the local news made a point of mentioning that voter registration is up 150% in Cuyahoga county (Cleveland, OH) since 2000...it is up 70% in Miami-Dade, up 60% in JUST THE PAST TWO MONTHS in Oklahoma...AND, there are 700,000 new registered voters in Texas. and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Why do YOU think voter registration has shot up so much? Because people are eager to go out and give this MORAN another four fuckin' years? I don't think so!!

I think the media is gonna be squirming and shitting in their pants Nov. 2, because it is SO painfully obvious that they want Bush to win, and they have to know he isn't gonna!

The pauses, the befuddled looks, the simplistic answers. "Why -- my gosh -- that guy's just like ME! I like him!"

28. The next few days are very, very important
I remember the 'Al Gore Sighs' debate. Clearly! My impression of that debate was that one guy came off SMART, and the other like an idiot. And that is what many of the pundits said, initially. It was only after the Rove machine got going, and convinced the press to start mentioning the sighing and the body language like it was evidence of evil intent that the perception of that debate changed in the minds of the "Amurcan morans." The smart guy suddenly became the mean, smarmy bully. The idiot morphed into an everyman. The smart guy got the most votes. The idiot stole the White House.

What needs to happen in the next few days is that we let NO effort by the Rove machine to 'revise' the debate results go unanswered. My plea is that if you read/see/hear any effort in that direction, fire back, immediately.

And we also need to encourage ANYONE who did not see the debate to watch one of the reruns on CSPAN--talk it up as great theater, must-see, ooh-la-la! Mention how funny the reaction shots were. The CSPAN version shows the wee cowboy in the worst possible light. The side-by-side comparison is absolutely devastating.

If you get their butts in a seat in front of the TV, watching that rout, their hearts and minds will follow...unless they are totally brain dead. And it that case, we're f#cked!
