Nuclear Proliferation
Who here actually belives that Bush even knows what this means? Although, he did look quite excited to be using such a big word. He even said it about 10 different times

1. my favorite part was when he acted like
"wmd's in the hands of middle eastern terrorists" is somehow a different issue than nuclear proliferation.

made me laugh.

2. funny thing - great bit on NPR yesterday about this
with regeans Asst Sec of defense (a harvard professor who is THE expert on nuclear proliferation) talking about how preventable it was and yet bushy was taking until 2020 to get the job done and it could be done in 4 years - exactly what kerry said last night. AND he said bilateral talks were the way to make it happen with korea and iran - crazy eh?
