5. wow. good stuff by Kerry.... |
|
K: So the choice for America is, you can have a plan that I've laid out in four points, each of which I can tell you more about or you can go to johnkerry.com and see more of it; or you have the president's plan, which is four words: """more of the same""".
I think my plan is better.
== Kerry was ON last night - way better than I anticipated - bloody awesome in fact. I really thought bush would have his earpiece, but obviously someone found it! lol!

6. Washington Post - includes comments on candidates' claims |
|
Staff writers from The Washington Post and washintonpost.com examine the candidates' claims and charges. The "referee" icon marks the spots of our calls and where you can make your call as well. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/debatereferee/debate_0930.html

K: Here we have our own secretary of state who has had to apologize to the world for the presentation he made to the United Nations.
I mean, we can remember when President Kennedy in the Cuban missile crisis sent his secretary of state to Paris to meet with DeGaulle. And in the middle of the discussion, to tell them about the missiles in Cuba, he said, """""""Here, let me show you the photos. And DeGaulle waved them off and said, No, no, no, no. The word of the president of the United States is good enough for me.
How many leaders in the world today would respond to us, as a result of what we've done, in that way?""""""....
== damn huge good point. I'm so glad Kerry said this - this is the Meat.
