Does everybody else feel energized today?
I know I do. I know the battle isn't over by a long shot, but I really feel good about the campaign.

Now let's not let CNN bring Kerry down.

5. Same here
I voted in every poll that DUers posted. It was so great to add to Kerry's winning numbers.

I even wrote two letters today: one to my local paper and one to USA Today. Move-on sent me an email and it was easy.

4. I was until some Naderites on AlterNet.org nitpicked the transcript...
saying Kerry may have won on style, but Bush won on substance. Had to come back to DU to get a reality check and my energy drink. :donut:

13. Bush? Substance? The two are antithetical!

Bush is as shallow as a kiddie pool.

The world may have been safer if we had surgically removed Saddam Hussein. By killing thousands of innocent Iraqis in the process, he has made it a much, much more dangerous place!!!!

You're kidding right?
How in the world could a Naderite say Bush won on substance when all he did was blur Iraq/bin laden/terrorism. That's what they supposedly hate the most. I think it's disgusting that they would vote for Nader in the first place, but to help Bush by using RW talking points is completely disgusting. I fully expect this to be spun, by Monday, that the debate doesn't matter because Bush is strong and right; but not by Naderites, that's horrible.

17. Even though I agree with some Nader stands, I wouldn't vote for the man!
St. Ralph and his apostles are often as disillusioned as are the Bushists. The followers have elevated their leaders to a godhead O8)

7. Yes!
When I was driving to class, I never felt prouder to have a Kerry/Edwards bumper sticker.

The tide has turned. Bush is on the defensive. Let's keep him there.

10. GO OUT AND SIGN UP A NEW VOTER!

Use this energizing time to get someone new registered to vote. I am convinced the polls are way the hell off, due to the fact that the turnout this year is going to be mammoth. The pollsters are only counting voters who have been registered voters for a long time or "likely voters", whatever the hell that means.

I think Bush is going down in flames!!!!

YEE-HAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

last night was a great night. Kerry was decisive. Spin will continue like usual but we will be ready for it. No one who watched that debate could possibly think that B*sh is anything more than a dipshit

I have a big smile on my face. It was a good night last night. The poll results today confirm what was obvious. Senator Kerry did a great job and will make a great president.
