Stock market up today...I wonder why... |
|
A few months ago when it became clear Kerry would be the nominee and the stock market started dropping badly, the fools at Faux claimed that big business was worried about Kerry becoming President and that was the reason the market was tanking...
Well Kerry gave Bush a royal red-ass spanking last night and today when I last checked, stocks were up over 100 points...hmmm...makes a person wonder, doesn't it?
Can't wait until Tuesday...for months all we heard from the Bushies was "WMD...WMD...WMD"; well, all Cheney is going to hear is "Halliburton...Halliburton...Halliburton"
Go John E, Go!!

2. Ha! I just said this over in SMW: Rational exuberance! |
|
The market is up because Kerry did so well - it knows that the long national nightmare of bu**sh** is almost over!

October is a tough month--gotta take a little profit now before Kerry outlaws the Stock Exchange and federalizes all of private industry!

5. Perhaps they believe Kerry will be better for the economy |
|
After last night, even if you were a big CEO, would you want Bush running our economy? Even if you were one of his crooked friends, you might decide this whole thing is going to come flailing around, and it's time for you to bail.
Maybe they are hopeful after last night's debate, and realize how good Kerry will be for national productivity.
