I'm proud of John Kerry
But the Republicans will NEVER give up their political power.

1. What's your favorite theory
of how they'll hold onto it when the landslide gets to be too much? More staged terror? Flat out martial law? Just wondering, since I don't rule anything out personally.

2. Well . . .
I think the campaign thinks if there is any voter fraud it will be in FLA.

I look for a combination of things in a short period of time to build as a crescendo to election day. Bin laden captured and/or zawahiri killed. An invasion of another country (Iran), or an escalating crisis in another country. The kind of foreign events that make the electorate say "don't change Presidents in the middle of a crisis." they'll also come up wiht new attacks on Kerry. But my favorite is still a thwarted terror attack in the US.

And you can bet they will have a post-election plan to keep power if they lose the election. We will be back to the Supreme Court even if we win.
