Washington, DC - In response to the Republicans’ desperate attempt to find any moment from last night in Miami to spin their way, the Democratic National Committee offers this transcript of a conversation between John Kerry advisors Mike McCurry and Joe Lockhart which clearly shows that Lockhart is referring to the Bush spinners when he says "Their-basically, their overall is that this thing was a draw."

McCurry: I’m going to go walk with Lockhart.
