(CNN) Kelly Wallace just called Dean a moderate?!? |
|
The On the Story segment on Dean just ran, and they said what we've all known... that Dean governed as a moderate.
I nearly fell out of my chair. CNN actually had the story right once. What happened?

I have it on in the background. The coverage was actually.. umm.. positive?!
I couldn't believe it.
Ooohh.. now they're going back to the tape non-topic. I suspected that any positive coverage on CNN wouldn't last long..

2. I know, they've been calling Dean a moderate for the past 4 days |
|
I think they are adjusting to help him. That is a good thing, no?

They are tryng to infer that he's "too conservative" so that his followers will start questioning him and accusing him of being some type of a Roves plant. The media whores on cable are no way going to help a Dem candidate IMO

10. I have my own cynical theory |
|
Edited on Sat Jan-10-04 11:13 AM by Mflorence
They think that the people who are supporting think he's a rabid liberal and are following him because of that. They also think we're too stupid to look at his record in Vermont or to listen to what he actually says, instead of the he's-a-rabid-liberal stuff they are continually shovel out. So when we hear from them that he actually has a moderate record, we'll all just give up and turn away.

He's "narrowed" it to 20 points. Too close for comfort.

They will ease up on Dean if they have to. Yes, that's bad for all of us.

7. They may say anything, but in this case it's the truth. About time, IMO. |
