8. and *moron's 'personal view'
that should resonate with the townhall debate. OR NOT implied by me.

i could give a rat's ass about his 'personal view'. I want FACTS, not his distorted, personal view.

3. HUGE Boost for Kerry's numbers ....
PRIOR to debate: 14% thought Kerry had 'iraq stategy' ... AFTER debate 52% now believe he has an 'iraq strategy ...

Ladies and Gentlemen ? .... this is a HUGE boost for Kerry in a critical issue area ....

5. There was just ... something in his face
he looked slyly happy opening with the debate.

sorry, i wish i could remember his exact wording, something about 'political hitmen, pundits etc..., trying to spin the post debate discussion'

maybe someone central/pacific will fill in.

9. ABC report was great for Kerry.
Edited on Fri Oct-01-04 05:43 PM by My Pet Goat
No messing around...Kerry won. Happy Kerry on the road. Aides jubilant. Big cheering crowd. Bush on the road today trying to get in zingers he missed out on last night. They show Bush blabbing the "global" approval zinger but then report that Kerry would never give another nation a veto. Then the overnight ABC poll, more good news for Kerry. Then to a focus group of voters. I almost turned away but I'm glad I stayed with it. Fairly articulate group with mostly negative comments about Bush. Seems that Kerry can definately close the deal with most members in this group.

on ABC news, something to the effect of, "we're not talking about waivering, we're talking about winning" in Iraq.

16. Fox News web site ran a story with made-up Kerry quotes
Supposedly from his appearance this morning in Tampa. Had him saying bizarre stuff like, asking the audience if they liked his nails and proclaiming himself a metrosexual.

Later in the day, Fox News admitted the quotes had been completely invented by their reporter Carl Cameron and said Cameron had been disciplined.

Bullshit.

19. Cameron was disciplined? Are you kidding?
Is there a thread about that? He's the one who was so chummy with Bush, discussing their family involvements in Bush's campaign.

Is there a screen shot of those "quotes" anywhere?
