1. Bush convention speech vs Bush last night- amazing contrast

The pundits all over TV today are noting how bad he looked and his negative attitude. Margaret Carlson on Hardball just said there was clearly something wrong with him- perhaps he was tired, perhaps due to the war on Iraq weighing on him or from visiting hurricane victims (she was being overly kind and did not mention that perhaps he is worried that his drug abuse past is catching up on him at last) She said that whereas he was not the optimistic and jovial person he usually appears to be, Kerry seemed to be made for TV.

I hope and pray the tide is turning at last and people are finally seeing through the fog of the RW attacks and media spin.
