Al wasn't awful
But why did he keep agreeing with Scarborough? There may have been a bit of a falling off of enthusiasm among Kerry supporters recently, but I don't think it was anywhere near the degree Scarborough kept insisting it was. Franken should have been challenging Scarborough, pointing out that the polls really were closer than they've been reported to be because of Gallup's gross oversampling of Republicans. Instead, Al was much too agreeable, mainly because he kept trying to sneak in lame jokes that Scarborough refused to laugh at.

Not Al's best performance.

Have to wait for the spin and the polls, I guess.

he did not want to get the boot from Joe's show in mid sentence like Katrina did just 30 minutes ago...
