difficult for the dittoheads to take delight in the smear ads that the Rovians are and will put out about Kerry. He garnered a great deal of respect last night. When a smear ad comes on now people will have picture of Kerry and Bush at the debates in their heads and this will make the Rethugs look really bad if the attack ads are as smutty as they have been.

They'll simply take it as a challenge. They'll come up with new smear ads, plus they'll ratchet up the volume on the smears they already have out there.

Rove & co. are conscienceless, ruthless, remorseless, immoral and amoral. They will do anything to win. Don't forget that.

And the toothless press will probably not call them on much of it.
