All to many Nations gave themselves a bad name by installing/allowing nutcases for Leaders who then made bad decisions by the BUSHel.

When a People back up a Leader who arrogantly rejects World Society and creates tension...they suffer the consequences when that leader falls.

Germany. Japan. Uganda. Rome. China. etc etc

The People become stigmatized for the actions of their respective Leaders..... Bush is making it bad for Americans all around the Globe.
