Kerry should call off the next debate. |
|
Why? Because it just isn't fair to debate an unarmed man. :) It looks like he is taking advantage of a person that is not equipped to answer back. It's like a hunter sitting in his tree perch waiting for the deer to come looking for his salt lick, never looking up at the danger above him. Mr Bush is like the helpless deer - just waiting for the final result - and walking into the trap of the expert hunter. Are we really so cruel as to take advantage of such a helpless creature? :)Don't answer that... <sarcasm off>

1. I seem to remember a debate from some time ago. |
|
Carter / Reagan? Reagan / Mondale?
I don't remember.
Anyway, the first debate Reagan lost convincingly, rambled, was lost and just out of it. Everyone predicted that was the beginning of the end.
But, in the second debate the Gipper was back in fine form and held his own. And we know the rest of the story.
What I'm getting at is that Kerry mopped the floor with the lying little deserter, but we shouldn't get complacent. He needs to wring out the mop and put it in the closet!!!

In 80 Raygun came back in the 2nd debate. That's true.
BUT
IN 00 * "beat" Gore in all 3 debates.
Kerry needs to win all 3. He needs to show his performance wasn't a fluke and that he can be "Consistant". He needs to do what he did in the primaries. Win Win Win. No complacency. Do not Mis Under Estimitize * now. That is the old rope a dope. But OUR man is no dope. 4 words on the next debate: More Of The Same.

3. And So will Bush---remember how they did it with Reagan |
|
They stopped trying to teach him anything and told him to just repeat all his idiot stories and platitudes. They gambled that nobody would care about all the media reports afterwords letting us know how much he got wrong, and it came true. Bush will just lie more, and more smoothly, next time.

Foreign policy has been seen as Idiot's strong point, and he blew it rather badly. He will get more nails in his coffin on domestic issues, something the moron wishes would just go away so he could get in some extra naps.
If anybody calls off the subsequent debates, it will be Bush. The first one hurt him, and his team knows it. All the damage control in the world won't overcome his dismal performance.

5. Noooooo! I can't wait to see our next president at his finest |

on domestic issues.
The first debate was supposed to be on Bush's best topic. I want to see him shrivel up at a town hall style debate on the economy.
Bush is in the hot seat and needs to stay there. His lack of leadership is plainly evident and more people need to see it. He's been given a free pass on too many occasions to keep track of them all. He deserves to be made a fool of in front of huge non-handpicked audiences.
Our next President, John Kerry, is going to keep on keeping on. He impressed the hell out of me on Thursday and I am looking forward to the rest of the debates.
John Kerry, you rock!
