Yeah for Bruce Springsteen! Last night, in Philadelphia, Bruce
rocked the house. From the Philadelphia Inquirer: Bruce "opened his assault on the Bush presidency...y picking out 'The Star Spangled Banner' on a 12 string guitar before tearing into a ferocious rendition of 'Born in the USA.'"

Also on the front page of the same paper: "Voters Swell PA Rolls."

1. 18-34 year olds- BEWARE THE DRAFT IS COMING
These kids had better get out and vote old georgie porgie out of office. They have no idea how hard some of us (including John Kerry)
had to work to fix the Johnson and NIXON messes and talk truth to the powers that be. Now it seems that the youth of our great nation
have no notion what we went through. Just imagine an entire country of nothing but georgie porgies and greasers. No middle ground.......
Then came birth control and all the rest is history. We have to take our country back again it seems. One can only hope that these little ingrates will help us! Thanks Bruce for helping wake them up to the horrors of this administration.

5. I was there. It was awe inspiring
and then he broke right into "Born in the USA".
It was one of the greatest shows I have ever seen.
Michael Stipe and REM opened for him.
He was great too.
In the middle of his set he asked "How man watched the debate last night?"
and then...
"So what d'ya think?"

John Fogerty also stepped in and did his hits.

We're Springsteeners for Bush," said Ron Keller, 39, an accountant from Conshohocken, gesturing at his friend. "It's better we come here and support the show than two Democrats come and get motivated. We're taking away seats from two Democrats."
