Bush blurted "Let me finish! in mid-sentence of a reply.

The "let me finish" quip was clearly Bush talking to someone but neither Lehrer or Kerry was interrupting him. Was he talking to Rove or Cheney, who possibly were bugging him via an implanted earpiece radio receiver - saying "let me finish" before you give me the next answer as to say, "I can't misunderstand you"? He mutters it 60 sec into his 90 sec reply - so no warning lights had gone off.
