Will our votes count?
I am very concerned that the election will be rigged. What can we do so this doesn't happen. I am sorry if this has been discussed before, but I don't get to this site as often as I would like and this board moves very fast.

1. We'll know when the time comes.
If our votes don't count, then we know what to do. You may find it in the Declaration of Indepence - if you need a hint. ;)

It's *very* patriotic!

3. It has been rigged for a long time. Shrub is too cocky. I do not know
if we will be able to prove it, but it is rigged. The voting machines without a paper trail should have been outlawed a long time ago. That is impeding our right to vote. If Shrub wins it will be illegally. I do not believe the nation will put up with that. There will be an outcry so loud and strong Shrub will invoke martial law in order to keep the "ruffians" controlled. This ruffian will be out front and center to demand my vote be counted.

4. That's how I feel
bush* is cocky for a reason. He knows he will "win". He's made that statement too many times and most recently yesterday he said that he knows he will "win" Fl again. Lying thieving scum.

5. We need poll watchers
...and heavy exit polling. Even at that, I am not confident that votes will be counted properly in the battleground states.

I wish I could be more upbeat, but it is troubling. All I can suggest is that you make every effort to get to the polls, and bring your friends and neighbors who may need a ride as well. We need to apply the Powell Doctrine to this election--overwhelming force.

6. wherever there are electronic voting machines
touch screen, etc., the vote will be rigged in favor of the GOP.
