The South Carolina Democratic Party takes on the bogus polling of Basswood Research, the in-house pollster for the Club for Growth.

Just one day after a new poll shows Inez Tenenbaum with a 46-43 lead over Jim DeMint, the Club for Growth magically releases a poll of their own claiming a "commanding 13 point lead" for DeMint.

The poll was conduced by Basswood Research, which also predicted that Club for Growth crony Bob Schaffer was in a neck-and-neck race with Pete Coors in the Colorado Senate primary. (Coors went on to win the primary 60-40)
