Why would anyone vote for Nader?

it's cool to be the "rebel" especially when it's not YOUR ass on the line. To them a draft would mean an extended ski trip to Switzerland.

3. Why does everyone conclude that a Nader vote is a Kerry vote?

this notion seems to discard the concept of free will and the mental ability to pick choices from a variety of alternatives. Those wishing to deny Nader a spot on the ballot seem to be operating under the false assumption that independent voters don't know better and that if denied their ballot choice they would cast their vote for Kerry. What evidence of voter intentions and expectations do all Nader naysayers possess to support your hypothesis.
