We should ignore Carl Cameron...
We should only bring him up if someone talks about Dan Rather, as a simple and quick counter-point. But then we need to move on to the failed Bush presidency as quick as possible, and not fuel the controversy with Cameron, which will only succeed in tying the words "manicure" and "metrosexual" with Kerry and distract from issues that are actually meaningful.

I feel that any distraction over the next month is a bad distraction. Fox News is a problem, but a problem best put on the back burner. The problem is Bush and his train wreck of a presidency. Discussing fringe issues is a waste of time, even if they are important.

You create distractions when you feel like you are at a head-to-head disadvantage. We are not. Distractions play into their hands, not ours.
