6. Ken talked about preemption |

He said that the nation shouldn't ever wait. But that's exactly what Bush did with the info the Clinton admin gave them about OBL. Time for a change.
Next up - discussion of DeLay.

7. He also said Kerry had access to the same intelligence as Bush |

and voted for the war. I keep hearing that mantra. Has that been established? Didn't Cheney have an Office of Special Plans that had the purpose of leaning on the CIA to spin the evidence in favor of excuses for an invasion of Iraq?

12. And the answer to that is BULLSHIT! |
|
I don't think George Tenet walked around to a hundred senatorial offices giving them a morning brief every day, I don't think they xeroxed the PDB and distributed it for all to see and challenge...that dog has been sent out all over the place, the media repeats it, but that dog will not hunt. He did not have the same intel, he did not have the opportunity to challenge Condi when she waltzed in with her sunny, old Soviet Union based assessments...it's a bullshit line, and it is not true.
Senators assume that Bush has intel that is fresh and hot, not the prepared pap that makes it to the intel committees. In the case of the weecowboy, what they did not assume is that he would make halfassed decisions and bully his staff into creating scenarios that suited his purpose, which was to show his daddy who was the bigger man. He's a LOSER, who has killed over a thousand of our children.
The baaaastid!

Looks like we should only run candidates named Brad in Oklahoma.
And pick GOP opponents who implode.
Judy Woodruff was born in Oklahoma? Ha, no wonder! That's a state where a huge percentage of voters switched from Dem to GOP decades ago without admitting it. The registration is overwhelmingly Democratic but 25 or 30 percent of them vote Republican.
