how, on the elctoral-vote projector Kerry keeps losing ground. Supposedly most of the polls used were taken after the debates. WTF is going on?

1. Well, the electoral vote seems to change in a delayed parallel to the

national numbers. When the Kerry-to-Bush shift really occured after the swiftboat stuff and the GOP convention, initially we held in the electoral college. But a week-to-a couple-weeks later, the EV went way down.
