what the whores will say after Cheney Edwards debate |
|
if Edwards kicks Cheney's ass they will say how the vp debate does not matter really and then make some excuses for Cheney like he is too busy fighting the war on terror and Edwards hasn't been doing anything and other things they will make up.
if Cheney beats Edwards they will say how this is why Bush is strong, because he has a strong team and people trust them. then they will make some shitty comments about Edwards just being about looks but Cheney has substance and other crap.

1. If the press declares Cheney the winner, it may actually help us overall, |
|
because they will have proven how OBJECTIVE they are, and then they can declare Kerry the winner of Friday's debate (if Kerry wins) without feeling like their objectivity will be questioned.

2. They'll say what they did about the last one: style beat substance |
|
But I don't know how they'll get away with it.
Edwards is going to make Cheney look like the criminal he is, and it's going to be brutal. The only thing Cheney can dig out is the trial lawyer thing, and Edwards has mountains of ammunition.

3. I agree with you . . . |
|
. . . they'll slant it depending on who wins. It might break down along these lines.
-If Cheney crushes Edwards, they'll say the VP debates well really matter for first time in this presidential election. -If Cheney edges Edwards, they'll say they should matter more than they probably do. -If they tie, they'll say the debates don't really matter. -If Edwards edges Cheney, they'll say VP debates haven't mattered in the last 20 years of presidential elections. -If Edwards crushes Cheney, they'll say VP debates have never mattered in any election in US history.

7. There's apparently more to being a VP than looking good. |
|
Or....
Edwards fulfilled the low expectations of someone unknowledgeable about foreign affairs.
Or....
Cheney showed the right stuff.
Or....
Cheney won the debate in both style AND substance.
Or....
If Edwards had spent as much time preparing for the debate as he obviously spent on his hair....
