yay! schadenfreude!
If we say GWB did well often and loud enugh, he will have done well. He didn't. He er-ed and ah-ed and couldn't form a sentence. He took too long in figuring out what he wanted to say. He didn't give the facts. Just said it was had workd. Verged on whining when he should have been strong and steadfast. He not only lost the debate, he did abysmally. -#13

His body language was TERRIBLE - more like Gore's in 1988 than his own. -#19

The truth hurts and the truth is Kerry carved W up and left the pieces lying all over the stage. -#45

But let’s face reality. Bush had a Phyllis Diller debate, and Kerry had a Pam Anderson debate, and now we are running around telling people how Phyllis is the more attractive of the two, if you just look at her in a certain way. -#47

I went to lunch Friday with my Republican friends. We didn't even have the heart to discuss the debate..We all shook our heads and said it was too painful to even talk about. -#53

Lucianne is the pro-Bush alternative to Freep. Hard to imagine, but that's what it is.

1. I'm amazed that any of 'them' actually possess a sense
of reality. I'm also amazed that they actually thought that he had any hope of being "strong and steadfast" when they should know him since he's their guy. The just found out that they are backing an illiterate poophead? Amazing.

2. DILLER/ANDERSON Debates? An Insult to Phyllis
who is a real pro, aware of every sound and movement. But who knows what freeps are talking about.

5. You really went into the belly of the beast, didn't you.
I had managed to forget all about ldotters, LOL.

They're worse than the freepers on many occasions. Eww. Hope you cleaned up good after going there!

7. the bile duct of the beast
"He's a mean shit," says Goldberg of Robinson, once her partner in exposing Clinton crimes. She launched her own Web site, Lucianne.com, taking "2,000" Freepers with her, she says. "I am not anti-abortion, I am not Y2K either. I'm not a homophobe, I'm not an anti-Semite -- Christ ... I have a Jewish husband ... I have four people who work for me and half of them are gay. I mean, this is ridiculous."
...
Meanwhile, Robinson says he'll continue to make his own points about the Bush-CIA past.

8. in essence, they're neoconservatives
Folks who like the GOP's stance on colonialism, but grew up in a tolerant city. Although they despise "freepers" as uncouth rednecks, they reflexively boost Bush to affirm their unity with the great unwashed.

If these guys are giving up, there's nothing left to write about *.

11. It's kinda ironic that there are folks on Lucianne.com
who have the guts and honesty to say what the "liberal media" will not.
