Just saw a new Bush ad here about "flip-flopping".... |
|
in Colorado. Showed excerpts of Kerry speaking in the last debate. Then showed another example that they say he contradicted himself. Never called him a flip-flopper, just insinuated it from the examples shown. However, I turned the channel on CBS for some Bronco football and the ad had already started when I started watching. At first, I thought it was a pro-Kerry ad. I could see how many viewers would see it that way so I don't think is is very effective.

3. Yes....approved by Bush/Cheney... |
|
Their last example was about Kerry saying he voted for the $87 billion before he voted against it. They just added to that....

Called Clinton "Wishy-Washy". So what? Quite frankly that dog don't hunt and it's the only dog they got.

5. Another ad that caught my eye this morning was by Peter Coors... |
|
That tied Ken Salazar with John Kerry, a negative ad, and was unusual for Coors. He seems to have changed his strategy to a more negative one. My first impression was, he's changing because he is behind. If that is true, and the polls suggest that, then Colorado may still be a winner for Kerry and Salazar. With a Senate win in Illionis and Colorado, and a Kerry win in Colorado, it could spell bad news for the Bush campaign.

I read it discussed somewhere. Both parties agreed that no debate footage will be used in campaign ads.
