8. It is kinda sad

It really is kind of sad that we all witnessed in the debate. What we saw was our President facing real criticism head on for the first time in 4 years. He has had questions thrown at him piecemeal off and on, but this time he was essentially shackled for 90 minutes straight and forced to really explain what he has done to this country.

If his handlers had allowed more real criticism throughout his Presidency and exposed him to contrary ideas then perhaps we would not be facing such a deteriation of our status at home and abroad. I still find it so hard to imagine how far down we have gone in just 4 years.
