I'm sure Kerry won't mind. It would be sort of like a handicap in golf, right? Let the poor baby have some notes to read from. It won't make a bit of difference. Even if we allow him to cheat, he'll still bomb.

Hell, give him a laptop and an Internet connection. Let Cheney stand directly behind him and feed him answers.
And then imagine the picture this paints as Kerry, with no notes, no laptop, no puppet-master, just stands there and waits for Shrub to come up with his answers while Kerry fluidly speaks from the top of his head.
