Did France, on the behalf of Kerry, use some type of advance storm seeding technology to create the devastating Hurricane that forced Bush to visit the storm site on the day of the debate, which forced him to be tired and only tie Kerry instead of soundly beating him in the debate? :tinfoilhat:

If we apply Occam's razor, this seems to be the most likely explanation for the draw, thereby making it almost a guarantee that this is what happened.
