Kerry did, in fact, bring a secret weapon to the debate.

I hate to say it, folks, but it's true. John Kerry did bring a secret weapon to the debate. But it wasn't a pen or note cards.

No, it was something far more insidious.

Kerry had on his person during Thursday's debate a device of stunning capability. Known by the trade name Encephalon, similar devices have been used to write novels, compose symphonies, and create great works of art. They have even been used to influence breathing patterns and affect the five senses.

Trust me, folks, this is not a device to be trifled with. Its capability is still not fully understood by mankind. It is not even known how the Encephalon was created, though there are many theories.

This photograph shows the approximate location where Kerry smuggled the Encephalon into the debate:

Note the red area in this photograph. Kerry likely concealed the Encephalon under his skull, and, additionally, used his considerable head of hair to conceal it from view.

Oddly, though, the debate rules do not forbid bringing an Encephalon. The fault would seem to lie with the President, who did not apparently bring an Encephalon with him to Thursday night's debate.

6. In all fairness to John Kerry
Bush had one too, although it was a vastly inferior model that had been seriously damaged by a chemical attack years ago.

11. It's a clear violation of the debate rules!
The debate rules were enacted to insure Bush won the debate. Even though they forgot to forbid encephalon from the debate they surely intended to!

It is a clear violation of the spirit of the rules!

No, no, no, you've all got it wrong. The real scoop is on Jesus' General

It's the one thing that will confuse Our Leader and paralyze him in a moment of crisis. Yes, it was a reproduction of the cover of My Pet Goat.

20. OH MY GOD ... KERRY BROKE THE RULES
Edited on Mon Oct-04-04 02:37 PM by srican
If desparation can be measured by the absurdity of the remarks
one makes ... then going by that, the following link will
reveal the extent to which some poor souls are tortured ...

http://www.dailyrecycler.com/blog/2004/10/winners-never-cheat.html

They are apparently crying foul because Kerry "Smuggled
in" a banned article as per the 32 page agreement - A
Pen ( OH MY GOD------ A PEN)

That apparently voilates rules ... and rules are rules. If
you are as honest and sincere as our patriotic as dumbya is
... well never mind.

25. It is believed that he has an Encephalon,
but it was badly damaged by chemicals about twenty to thirty years ago. It's also believed that a corrosive, powdery substance penetrated Bush's Encephalon during the late 60s and early 70s, doing further damage.

These are, of course, only theories. As no one has seen Bush's Encephalon in fully operational mode in recent years, it is hard to determine its present state.
