Bushes uneducated, shift working, red state, masses need to know what Bush* is REALLY doing to their paychecks. Kerry really needs to hammer away on it, among other things.

1. Yes! That and the higher "productivity"
numbers which mean everyone is having to work longer for the same pay.

2. Job issues
Edited on Mon Oct-04-04 09:08 AM by LibDemAlways
like overtime pay, outsourcing, elimination of benefits, minimum wage...all favor Dems. Many people who vote R are voting directly against their own self-interest. Kerry and Edwards should be hammering that point home relentlessly.

3. He must also grab the leisure time issue
Americans are working longer and longer hours for less pay as our vacation and free time is diminishing. Not so long ago I read a poll where this is a huge issue for single women.

5. The job issues and overtime are important,
he also needs to discuss the base closings (MS repukes use this during every election cycle - the press says a base is on the closure list, the repuke congress critter (lott/cochran) or the repuke gov (barbour) promise to prevent the closing.

Kerry needs to be appalled at * admin building 14 bases in Iraq but threatening the jobs of civilians at home by closing bases.

Also needs to include the VA hospitals. Double whammy - cuts to the veterans that have been maimed in this immoral war - lose of civilian jobs and tax base to local governments.
