Reuters resports a statistical dead heat, which means Kerry by 15 probably
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush (news - web sites) is now in a statistical dead heat with Democratic challenger Sen. John Kerry (news - web sites) for the Nov. 2 election, in a tightening of the race after the first debate last week, a poll on Monday showed.

1. A small Kerry lead is almost ALWAYS called a "statistical dead heat".
Ever notice that?

Yet when * led by less than the margin of error, it seems like they referred to it as a "Bush lead."

These polls are biased to begin with, but what we're seeing is just noise fluctuation.
