List the topics you want Edwards to bring up against Cheney here!
My shortlist:

- Cheney's persistent use of fear in politics. (Contrasted so nicely with Edwards' politics of hope)

- Cheney's claims about the WMDS (obviously this will be brought up, I just hope Edwards really sticks it to him)

- Cheney's secret Energy Task Force Meetings

- Cheney's claim in '00 against Lieberman that he's done well for himself (being CEO of Halliburton), but that none of that was because of the government (what a hoot, I'm sure his contacts within the government didn't help Halliburton...)

these are tops on my list, what are your top issues you'd like Edwards to bring up?

2. Administration actions
Edited on Mon Oct-04-04 12:07 PM by spooky3
tax cuts to help shift wealth to the wealthy
undermining environmental protections
nomination of wingnuts to the judiciary and the likely effect if 4 more years gives them the chance to do it with an already RW leaning Supreme Court

9. How many lawyers does Halliburton employ...
not really a question but since the only
rethuglican line is calling him a trial lawyer...
kinda deflates the impression that cheney inc.
doesn't employ them.

10. 2 main things:
1 - Cheney's claim that Saddam and Al Qaeda are linked. And I would make sure to have enough info to refute as many lies on this as possible...(such as the "Prague Encounter").
2 - Halliburton and the so-called reconstruction of Iraq. I would ask why Iraqi companies who bid $100,000 to rebuild a bridge were discounted in favor of Halliburton's $1 million bid, and don't you think Mr. Sneer VP that taking jobs and $$ away from Iraqis would have a tendency to help create more insurgency?
